    Great spin off of a great 1970s children's show

    A very funny movie indeed. It is a spin-off of a 1970s children's TV show. Will Ferrell plays a scientist who just can't get a break until he created a machine that can move you sideways in time. A beautiful Anna Friel plays Holly and without her, the movie would be seriously and complete. She is a wonderful support actress and she is so beautiful and that helps an awful lot! If you are a fan by chance of the 1970s children's TV show, you can't go wrong with this movie!

    Excellent film an endless laugh riot Will at his best and Danny as his side kick,

    An obnoxious Irishmen and a quirky genius add a beautiful woman and colourful characters and what could go wrong? I nearly spit my sides watching this and when I heard Leonard Nimoys voice I was a shocked. I love this film so much I may have to buy another for the grandkids.

    Will Ferrell In Land Of The Lost - Did

    Typical Will Ferrell - If you like his sort outlandish performances. Keep in mind this is Rated PG-13 - Fairly vulgar, definitely not for small children or for that matter many adults either? Questionable comedy. I had seen this movie previously & apparently only remembered the better scenes. Wouldn't watch again. Much of this movie may be considered in poor taste by some people. Disney it's not. But, then is Disney Disney anymore? Movie does follow a plot of sorts. Not really a movie for mixed age crowds like grandma or kids you care about. It has it's laughable moments as in the "Walnut/dinosaur scene." But, for the most part, it's crudely done. Towards end of movie: Dinosaur should have fully digested and possibly did?

    IT ONLY WORKED IN A PS4 AND NO OTHER DVD DEVICE.

    I CAN ONLY GET IT TO WORK ON A PS4. IT DIDN'T WORK ON DVD,HD,OR BLUE RAY. THEY TOLD ME BAD DISK. SO IT DOES WORK ON A PS4 BUT NOTHING I OWN. I AM GOING TO TRY SOME MORE JUST I CASE THE PS4 CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.

    Will Ferrell at this best

    Will Ferrell takes a poke at the old Television series "Land of the Lost" in this 2009 DVD. Ferrell is Dr. Rick Marshall who everyone considers a crack pot because he thinks going back in time can save humanity. Rich meets Holly (Anna Friel) an avid follower of his who believes that his work is great. Holly talks Rick into completing his time travel devise and they are hurled back in time to find love and adventure. Only Will Ferrell can put his own mark on a classic like this one. He is funny and crude at the same time. Those who like his type of humor will love this movie and those who do not like his brand of humor will hate the movie.
