Chemical smell. Inner boot may air out and be fine. Boots are super roomy in foot and toe box area. Sized up for thick socks and an orthotics but they were too big. Wanted more security with tighter boots walking in winter. My feet are not wide or thick fyi. Nice boots though!

Originally, I was shipped the wrong color. I ordered brown boots and got black. I contacted the seller to tell them, but it was too late to get them sent back and replaced because I needed them for a Christmas party. The seller was very apologetic and wanted to make it as right as possible, so they gave me a 30% refund. That being said, I really like the black boots. I will probably order brown at some point in the future. I was happy with the seller's remedy.
