Described as WIN 10 and 750gb hdd. Did not boot and stated no bootable device. On inspecting found no caddy which caused the drive to dislodge. After reinstalling and starting it did boot. However IT techs get $40 an hour don't they? Not pleased with the response "I don't know" when asked what happened with no offer of resolution. Not as described.
