    The seller did not send me the item that was pictured when I made the purchase. He switched it without notifying me first, which in turn cost me additional time and funds to return the item to him for replacement. After reaching out to the seller about my my dissatisfaction, he was nonchalant and dismissive. I believe this is not the way to treat people who come to you for a service, and there are ways the seller could've made this right and not play with people's money. Awful experience!

We actually sent you a newer model of the same product with identical or better features and functionality hoping you woudl appreciate the nice gesture yet you demanded the older model. We promptly sent you the replacement for free, we have spent more on shipping than the product was sold for yet you still choose to made false claim against us.
