Condtion was tested, used. Had a button that barely worked so I spent an additional $10 to get the parts and open the controller and fix it. Now its in great condition, like new. Over all, I'm happy with my purchase. Packaging, shipping speed, and communication were all great. And if I really that upset about the B button not working I could have reached out I'm sure they would have worked with me. I would recommend this seller.
