Product was missing dongle needed and this wasn’t stated in the description. Took 3 days to ship the item post payment but it did arrive by the expected date. Had to chase the seller for updates and said they would ship the second day and didn’t until the 3rd. Item did work and was reasonably priced. Very reasonable so if you aren’t on the clock it’s fine. Item was wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it but it looked like it had been packaged by someone who’s never shopped before. But it got here
