    Disappointed

    I want really impressed with this product although it’s really powerful when using it as handheld with the attachements. However not really great for its 2 main intended functions 1- mop as the microfibre doesn’t attach properly to the triangle bas2 2- carpet washer: the glider could be better as it is really loose, has really bad grip to the base and comes off very often during its use.
