I was not sent the item that I ordered. The seller sent replacement paperweights saying the item I ordered broke during packaging. While the replacement items were easily of the same value as my original order, and I eventually decided to keep them instead of returning, I would have preferred that the seller had contacted me with pictures of the replacements and offered a refund as an option before shipping. I contacted the seller about this, and they said next time, they would do that for me.
