I received my dress today. It was advertised as "in excellent condition." I opened it and found a stain on the front breast. I sent photos to the seller who refuses to assume any responsibility. I opened and assessed my package quickly. I reached out to the seller immediately and she is accusing me of trying to scam her because I wanted to return the item without paying for shipping. How is a return a scam? I understand how she could have missed it. I don't understand her position now.

Seller refunded my money immediately, so I have nothing but good feedback to leave. I just wanted to let her know that I did ship the item back as instructed, but it was returned to me with "Return to sender/ vacant / unable to forward." Please let me know if I can ship it back to you at another address.
