    Unbelievable Sound

    I had tried everything for 15 years trying to be able to hear the TV. I have on a 115 db hearing loss. Now I can hear everything perfectly anywhere on the 1st floor of the house. If you wear a Phonak hearing aid you need this. The TV sound comes through my hearing aids is a clear manner. No more over modulation, static, or unbearable headsets. It is a dream come true.

    Marketed as New - No manual and missing one piece

    Marketed as new, but it did not have the manual and was missing a part. I already had one of these, so I had the manual from the original purchase. It does not appear to have the 'range' to stay synced like my original purchase. I wanted to have more than one base so that I would not have to move the base if I wanted to use a TV in another part of the house.

    Phonak base station

    Works perfectly. Now have three base units that work with my hearing aids. Two are permanently mounted and one is portable that I can take anywhere.

    A wonderful device

    Being able to have TV audio come directly into my ears (via my hearing aids) is phenomenal. Although the audio cuts out from time to time, I'm so happy to have it available and highly recommend it to anyone with Phonak hearing aids.

    It works great.

    It works the way it is supposed to, and you can't say that about a lot the last few years. I only wish the wire management was better. Both cables have a mind of their own even when going in the same direction.
