Very positive experience. Item exactly as described, very good quality print on high quality, heavyweight paper, with a matt (or maybe very slightly satin) finish. Exactly what I wanted. It came robustly packaged in a card tube, with friendly message on the delivery note. :) Arrived in perfect condition.
