After receiving the item, I discovered it was not OEM, as expected. The seller immediately contacted me with an apology and options. Communication was immediate and we found a resolution. Mistakes happen, but customer service cannot be replaced. These guys knocked it out of the park with customer service and I would absolutely do business with them again.

Update - The seller reached out to me immediately and apologized for the product. He offered me two options, immediate return/refund, or partial reimbursement and I keep the box. Needless to say, the customer service was outstanding and I would absolutely do business with him again. Mistakes were made, but you cannot discount the customer service. I would adjust my rating, but eBay won’t let me.
