Silhouette frame was as described. I was very happy to find it, since it is now discontinued. Shipped promptly (protected only by bubble wrap in a soft envelope), thankfully arrived without damage, ahead of promised date. Protective OEM case was NOT included. Seller never replied to my pre-sale question regarding case and another question. ZERO communication from seller, which was disappointing.

The product was exactly as it was inn the pictures on the sales ad. I am very disappointed with the packaging method for mailing/shipping. Wrapping some bubble wrap around the frames and then packing them in an envelope is a recipe for disaster and that is what happened! Somewhere along the line during the shipping/mailing of the frames they were flattened as the package looks like it was squashed! Minor damage that can be fixed, however that does not excuse sloppy packaging! Not at All!
