In their description they say they’ll ship the product 1 day after receiving the payment.. Over a week later, still no update on the shipping.. I tried contacting the seller, no reply after my first message..
After my second message they said the item got lost..
I’m beyond disappointed since it was a gift for Valentines Day!!
I requested a refund, but of course no reply again!!
