    Thetford Upgrade, good quality, easy to install, even though I've never done this before.

    The Thetford upgrade came with a toilet flange seal. The water valve was easy to install, I watched a U tube video, a new seal to reseat the toilet and I was done. I had never done this before and pleased with the way it turned out. I do recommend adding a water shutoff valve to your new setup. I bought a "Shark Bite" 90degree with 1/2 inch push connection x 3/8 compression with 1/4 turn shutoff handle and a 12" long braided line that will fit on the 3/8 compression fitting and the other end to fit on the new Thetford upgrade. I was able to buy both at the Home Depot.

    Advertised as Thetford brand but it’s a cheap copy

    This is NOT a Thetford brand replacement part. It is a aftermarket copy. The picture clearly shows a Thetford instruction sheet with part. Very deceptive in my opinion, so buyer beware. I will say the part did fix my leak. However, the original part lasted 10 years and I was wanting to use a Thetford brand replacement part which this is not. Time will tell if this part will last anywhere near as long.

    Replacement better than new.

    The only reason we bought a new one was the new toilet had a defective part on it. The manufacture would Not respond to get replaced.

    easy to replace

    Great replacement for your leaky valve. It has the new upgraded grey fitting. I was lucky enough to have just enough clearance to put the new one on without removing the toilet.
