    Only neutral because you can't do negative they have valued the package higher than it's value so on entering the uk instead of import tax being 29% of the real price its equalled 50% of the real price they've been awful to deal via messages i don't know what's happened this is my 2nd purchas from them 1st was with out issue but they've lied on a customs declaration so the tax is 50% of the real cst due to there inflated value and not what I paid awful customer service and shady business
