I have ordered from Ebay for a long time and this is the first time I have gave a neutral. I item was for free shipping.but the postage said I owe $4.15 as the items were sent as a letter not as parcel . The post office said they should have been sent as a parcel not letter. Ebay said it should have been sent as a parcel also. The seller said they are both wrong as they send items this way all the time. So it was not free shipping.

You are not a nice person. No proof that you had to pay shipping, just take your word for it. Been selling on ebay over 20 years, never had this problem. I used the ebay shipping, if that is wrong then ebay would not have offered it on this item. Just because you say it is wrong, does not make it so. Instead of checking your facts, leave a neutral, real grown-up!
