Seller described these pods as the latest Wi-Fi 6E model. Seller also claimed they could be activated on my Bell internet service with a simple phone call providing the serial numbers. A Bell tech came to my home and confirmed these were an older generation of the pods and he was the third Bell employee to tell me they could not be added to my Internet service. Seller did offer a partial refund which I accepted to avoid return shipping hassles.

Bad experience is mutual. Buyer was advised of the steps required for activating the unit or using it for parts, there was an oversight from buyer. Buyer was refunded. For abuse of return, this buyer profile is blacklisted.
