  • A must read

I bought this based on a recommendation from a recent segment of G4's AOTS. I'm so glad I did. This is a moving graphic novel that follows an obituary writer longing to become a novelist, and to find love. The short summary: He dies at different points of his life and in doing so the reader gets a unique insight into the life of this man. I can't say more about the novel without giving too much away except that it has a strong existential theme. If you enjoyed the 'heart-string-pulling' of 'Watchmen' and 'WE3' pick this one up! If you're a Kurt Vonnegut lover, pick this one up! In the words of the great one, this is a "sweet pill covered in a bitter coating" I hope you enjoy.

  • a great read.
