    A new cooking experience

    Have wanted an enamel dutch oven for ever. Made a great birthday present from my daughter. So far it has cooked Elk stew on stove top and whole chicken in oven. Both were an culinary delights. What more can be said....it cleans up easy, no sticking.

    Pass on this product - Paint falls off immediately

    Big paint chip the size of a mans thumb fell off at the rim immediately when I heated it on an induction burner. Not even very high heat, coming from room temperature. I'd return it but have tossed the box it came in. I guess I'm stuck with it. Till now, I thought Lodge was the end all-be all in cast iron cooking.

    I love Lodge, and this enameled cast iron dutch is no exception! Very well made, and you will be proud to serve out of it at your next dinner! The 6 qt is the all around best size for casseroles, chili, etc. Highly recommend this one!
