So far these are a good fit for original Japanese connectors if you're repairing or customizing OEM wiring harnesses that have these type of bullet connectors with the clear, soft insulators. Note for crimping when using the supplied tool, have the ears on the connectors facing up, and make some crimps on some scrap wire to get the hang of it before you crimp them to your project. Make sure to put the appropriate insulator on the wire before crimping!
