Overall positive - the bookends are beautiful and just as described/pictured. Seller shipped 9 days after item and Priority shipping was purchased, once shipped they delivered quickly. Seller used packing peanuts for very heavy glass items - they were clunking about before opening the box but thankfully they arrived undamaged (a box corner split open during shipping and apparently 1/2 the peanuts fell out). Great communication overall.
