THE LISTING SAID if you want to hang it horizontally to let them know and they will send the extra hardware. I said please send the extra hardware to hang it horizontally and they did not send it or put the sawtooth hangers on right. I messaged them and they said they can send me an extra sawtooth and some buyers elect to buy another guitar hanger to hold up the guitar. I said your listing says you will send it if I ask, why should I be charged more, it's a $3 part CHEAP
