The value of my purchase was great. The shipping was prompt and very well packaged; however, one of the cups had a chip and the handle was broken. I do not think this was due to the seller’s packaging but due to the handling of the shipping company. The box appeared to have been dropped and damaged on one side. I would recommend this seller to my friends.
