Item was lost is shipping, so I never received it. However, the seller reached out to me to check on item's status. Seller went above & beyond, in my opinion, to investigate & resolve issue. This did take time, which was fine, as they were in contact throughout process with updates as they occurred. Seller did end up refunding full amount very quickly after postal investigation was finished. Even with issues, I would definitely recommend seller & would buy from again.
