Brand new original Canon print head in sealed pouch, removed printer error code and printed nice with no issues. Took some time to arrive in Norway and the "helthjem.no" (all the way home) post service seller is using did not deliver (alltheway) to my mailbox but I had to drive to pick up at store. Seller should consider using posten.no (bring.no) instead, I`d rather pay a bit more for delivery than having to drive to pick up. Other than delivery time and post service chosen a great buy!

    Save your money - get a new printer

    installed this item in my canon iP4300. it printed a test page then the print head moved to the right and the whole printer quit. nothing, nada. no more printer. New printhead stuck perminantly. Couldn't even open the back door on the printer. I would agree with the others who said to just get a new printer since canon quit making print heads for it. Very disappointed.

    No choice if you wnat your printer to continue print

    In spite of what these Chinese state, these are not "new". Canon stopped making these 5 or so years ago due to the age of the printers (over 10 years). These are re manufactured/refurbished by some 3rd party. To what degree is unknown other than flushing out the printhead and possibly running a 'preservative' solution thru the heads and sealing it in a foil pouch. Unfortunately, you have no choice (other than getting a newer printer) if you r printhead goes south and can't be revived by yourself.

    It is working perfectly love it.

    My printer was not printing picture well at all and no amount of cleaning or new ink helped, Installed this new head and put in the ink and it is printing great.

    a waste of time and cash on this product

    i tried to use the product, but it did not work. i wasted my time and cash with this product I did not return the product, or make a claim out of it because i was unsure of it's condition
