Wow this seller spent time trying to help get the product to the correct address. I was very very impressed. Absolutely I give this seller not a 10 but 100! score. I had another seller I had the same problem and they did nothing reallly to help resolve the issue of the wrong address. I would absolultely buy from this seller. Very honest and helpful!!

Buyer ordered 3 times for the same product with 2 diffrent ids. 1 with wrong address & 2 with correct address.
Then mail us to sent this product to some diffrent addres. we denied for delivery & request to cancel that order.
Then After confirmation we shipped this orders with buyer verified address which maintained in ebay account.
But now buyer said order delivered to wrong address. But when we check traking id, this order still not delivered.
Then How could buyer report for this items.

Hemp Hand Protectant is my #1 favorite item from The Body Shop. I'm so disappointed that the company has gone bankrupt in the U.S. and closed their stores and online shopping. I hope they're able to reorganize and open up again.
