    Just gets better and better.

    A truly amazing series. Harris never fails to deliver, in my opinion. She has a unique style of writing that makes you feel an intimate connection with all her characters. Book after book, the Sookieverse has me hooked. I've never read a book series that really evokes emotion like this. I have actually had adrenaline rushes. Sookie is a tough, but emotional creature A woman we can all relate to, facing difficulties we all have had to... just with the supernatural! And I love that Harris keeps a clever sense of humor sprinkled in. But about this book specifically; well, if you are unfamiliar with the series, no synopsis can really do it justice, but I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try! and those that have come this far in the series, trust me... you do not want to turn back now.

    Must Read; Must Have!

    I just finished reading this book last night. It was wonderful! I'm a big fan of the Sookie Stackhouse Series and own all of her books except the newest. I felt like some of Harris' books were kind of forgettable after Dead to the World (#4) and rushed, but this one definitely kept my attention and developed at a great pace. The plot is great, not too predictable, and the characters will keep you laughing and some may even have you crying. It is a must read and a must have in any book collection!

    Dead and gone!!! GREAT!!!

    This series of books i am just obsessed about. I can't put the book down once i start. It seems like each book gets better and better. It is a great mystery and love series. I love the main character and all she has to go thru. This specific book is one of the best because you really see who she loves and is it the vampire blood or true love. Read it and find out.

    Sookie Stackhouse

    I love Charlaine Harris. I am totally and completly in love with the Sookie Stackhouse novels! I enjoy the love story combined with the eeriness of vampires and other "magical" things. I love the way Charlaine Harris portrays a young female white woman growing up in Northern Louisiana, its correct down to a t. I am around the age of the main character and can therefore relate to a lot of her thoughts in of course reality.
