Negative: Despite the careful packaging (bubble wrap), the grill unfortunately arrived with one handle completely broken off (audibly rattled around in unopened, seemingly undamaged package). Breakage edges are extremely sharp and a potential source of injury. No response from seller to my email on delivery dste requesting a suggestion about how to resolve this issue. Hence, only a fair to middling rating.
