What more can be said about Dan Fogelberg that has not already been said by his many fans...well this one has a lot to say about our "Mintrel". He was the most multi talented musician, instrumentalist and lyracist that has EVER lived. To buy this CD is only an investment in the fact that you will insure you will have your very own copy. For some reason his CD's have all gone to OUR OF PRINT, are are becoming very scarce and hard to find...so if you have an opportunity to buy this one then you better do so before it off the shelf permanently. This is a great Dan Choice and if I were you I would be happy with the fact that you, like many of us, are getting a chance to hear him when you think of him by playing such an awesome CD. The Very Best of Dan Fogelberg
How can anyone not love this treasured artist? He had to be one of our most beloved folk pop love song writers of the 25 years. This CD sums up all of his best songs ever recorded and played when he was touring. Same Auld Lang Syne, Leader of the Band, Longer (many wedding dances done to this song in the early '80s). Dan Fogelberg was a wonderful artist. His smooth voice and orchestrations will live on forever as well as his memory. Sadly, he passed away on 12-16-07 of prostate cancer at only age 56. What a loss for us here, but he is now the "Leader of the Band" with the angels.How can anyone not love this treasured artist? Love this CD!!!
I bought this CD for my wife, although I am also a fan. This is the most definitive greatest hits for this artist to date and I enjoyed every track. I would recommend this CD for any past or present fan of Dan Fogelberg. Excellent!! I can't say enough about this CD!!

the dvd is a good mix of some of his best work
I have been a fan for many years though I hadn't ever had a chance to see him in concert while he was still alive. His songs really tell a wonderful story. This dvd is a really good collection of some of his songs that didn't make it to other hit collections.
