Brand new original Canon print head in sealed pouch, removed printer error code and printed nice with no issues. Took some time to arrive in Norway and the "helthjem.no" (all the way home) post service seller is using did not deliver (alltheway) to my mailbox but I had to drive to pick up at store. Seller should consider using posten.no (bring.no) instead, I`d rather pay a bit more for delivery than having to drive to pick up. Other than delivery time and post service chosen a great buy!

Good seller, the shipping was fairly fast for coming from China. One weird thing is that I got two tracking numbers, one was the print head I ordered, but the other came about 4 days later and turned out to be a small box with a small strip of bubble wrap in it with nothing else...
