    A good adjunct to an existing diet.

    This book was recommended by a doctor who is helping me with a weight loss plan. The book focues on getting the proper mind set to make whatever diet you opt to be on successful. Don't get this book if you are expecting specific diets, shopping lists and recipes. If you are looking for a book to support you through the inevitable struggles that come with dieting, this may be the book for you. Personally, the book didn't say much to me until I was about halfway through it - but - it really did hit home. I'm glad I bought it.

    Money well spent...You cannot put a price on the tools Judith Beck shares.

    Have been working the Beck Diet Solution workbook and losing weight "the healthy way" for once...No magic...Eating less and exercising more....But happy to be doing it for once as I'm doing myself a great service by living and thinking a completely healthy lifestyle....I bought the Beck Diet Solution to keep the momentum going and supplement the information and tools I learned in the workbook....Awesome stuff...

    A thinking solution to weight loss

    Not a "diet" book. A book that can work with a diet of your choice. This book gives insight about changing the way you "think" about food and negative things we all tell ourselves when we are trying to make a healthful change in lifestyle. Before you can make positive changes, you first have to "Think" the right way. VERY good book.
