    A superior and versatile set of OTC hearing aids.

    These OTC Sony CRE-E10 hearing aids are exactly what I needed. They vastly improve my hearing by amplifying the speech frequencies just the right amount. This is based upon my exact needs as determined by taking the "hearing test" administered through the Sony app that pairs with these devices. The app also lets you adjust the sound by altering volume, bass and treble, and even the direction from which the sound is coming. They are very comfortable and secure even after wearing them for several hours. The great bonus for iPhone users is that they will stream content and phone calls. If there is a negative, it is that, even though they look like high-end ear buds, they don't reproduce deep bass while streaming music the way ear buds do. Of course, that isn't what they are designed for.

Price is economical for pro quality hearing aid. I had issues installing the app, which did not like my home network for some reason, kept crashing with error notice. Sony has great customer service, helped me install the app by using my phone's network connection, no crash.

    Great product Easy to use & comfortable

    Easy to setup. Battery life is 23 to 26 hrs. as advertised. Sound is excellent. Actually can here things I didn’t with my old aids. They are comfortable in my ears. The app works well at least for me. There are no controls on the aids themselves but I don’t fine that a problem.
