    From a Christian Perspective

    When the news of Bob's conversion to Christianity dribbled out, many Dylan fans were horrified. It was plain that most of the music press was both confused and irritated. However, to his many fans that are Christians it was joyful new and a great relief. This CD set gives a nice look at the live performances from these tours and a few alternative takes. There are many gems in this collection and the engineers have done an excellent job of processing the audio from a variety of sources, some of which were pretty primitive. The whole set is a little pricey but I feel like I certainly got my moneys worth. In particular, the version of "City of Gold" is priceless.
