About this product

Product Information

An established classic in its field, Ken Dychtwald's Bodymind has been updated in this latest edition to reflect the author's ongoing exploration of the vital body and mind connection. Integrating ancient Eastern knowledge with the pioneering contemporary work of Wilheim Reich, Moshe Feldenkrais, Fritz Perls, and with his own intuitive observations, Dychtwald presents a comprehensive study on the body and mind relationship in an analytic yet highly readable style. Through Dychtwald's engaging, experiential narrative, the reader is drawn into an illuminating journey toward higher self-awareness with practical applications in everyday life. Articulating the complex relationship between body type, personality, and experience, Dychtwald suggests methods for obtaining deeper self-knowledge of physical, emotional, and sexual makeup, and relates techniques for releasing repressed feelings, as well as self-healing and increased energy.

Product is 95% alike picture but a little more blurry. Controller play well but had a notice from psn that my joypad wasn't authentic and could by problematic🤷‍♂️ no trouble so far! Shipping was fast but no tracking and worst packaging ever.. like the box came banged up... send a question to seller never had a reply 😅.... Good product overall, excellent price, fast shipping, wrapped only on 4 sides out of 6, no tracking and never reply... 4★ product / 2★ seller ✌️

The book is in perfect condition, brand new, and is exactly as described. This item is difficult to find here, and the seller priced it very reasonably. It shipped from the UK to Canada, and unfortunately took a little longer to arrive than the seller hoped, but it was shipped less than 24 hours after I purchased. When I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Definitely recommend!

My masseuse recommended this book. I traded the favor by recommending Anatomy of the Spirit by Carolyn Myss. Rachel couldn't say enough about how fascinating Ken Dychtwald spoke about the relationship between our minds and our bodies. After reading about half the first chapter, I realized this was a very meaty book about a very meaty subject. Although Ken's ability to convey his meanings is excellent and I got the distinct picture of what he is trying to paint in concept, this is probably the most difficult subject to integrate in my life. And yet, that is exactly what Ken writes about - the difficulty we face as we try to integrate and correlate our minds with our bodies. I find the idea that we are as much of not only what we eat but what we think, feel and fear. And surprise, ...
