Overall, I'd rate this transaction Positive because the sweatshirt is so cute, with bunnies! But the seller was slow to respond to a question, the item was somewhat slow to arrive, and there was a small hole where one of the seams had come open and will need to be repaired. I feel that the price was a bit high all things considered.

stain on back of sweatshirt. front decal also peeling off. claimed there was no stain prior to sending & kind of insinuated it was me by the statement. told me to just start a return and they would make a label-don’t feel that the price i paid included shipping was justified by how this transaction ended. imperfections not stated in item description. the seller seemed agitated by my message. really hope this is just a one off situation as there are other positive reviews on their account.
