I have been on Ebay for over 20 years and it is more than 10 years since I have left a negative feedback. I am fully aware that sellers can make mistakes and I always take that into consideration. BUT THIS SELLER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. To list an item as "NEW" means it is new and unused. The vacuum I received was not just used, but it has dirt still in the canister and the unit smells of animals. This vacuum was not just USED, it was used very hard. It is total JUNK. The seller is a liar.
