Item was advertised as "Brand New" including a picture of the manufacturer's box. I received it in a shipping container inside an opened plastic bag withno manufacturer's box or documentation. I inspected the item and it appeared to be new and undamaged so I installed and activated it yesterday. It appears to be working fine, but I was disappointed when I opened the shipping box. My definition or understanding of the term "Brand New" may be in error, but I think it means still inside the unop
