I can say I am the best Ebay seller, always honest and respectful, always describe /take pics as detailed as I can, always reply the enquiry immediately and always ship the package on the same day! Why would I still get negative reviews? Because of manufacturer didn't do a good job? Why would you punish me with their fault? I offer full amount return/refund, if you don't like the product, just return it. Is there anything I did wrong to deserve this? I feel so sad and this made me cry.
