I was sent an offer from the seller at a discount. They sent an offer to me formally on eBay, I accepted and paid immediately. Not long after the sale was cancelled and refunded. I’m confused as the seller sent me an offer and I accepted. It’s not like I made them an offer, this came from them. I’m not sure if they mistakenly sent me a discounted offer but I messaged them but got no response. They should have stood by their offer or at least responded to my message. Not sure if this is a scam ?

We lowered the price for the 4th of July offering a $200 discount on the selling price of $995. Unfortunately, instead of $200 off, the price was listed as $200 instead of $795. An automatic offer was sent to all our prospective buyers who previously made offers for the Halogenerator. The mistake was fixed in a matter of minutes, yet we had to cancel a few orders at the $200/piece. We apologize for this unfortunate incident and we hope you'll understand. Thank you

Easy to set up and use this machine. Plus, they sent an extra motor, just in case.
I've breathing issues and after a few sessions at salt spas I knew I wanted to enjoy this treatment at home, instead of driving for an hour plus to a spa, since I live in the country. This machine appears to be the best value for the money and works great. My breathing is already better.
While necessary to sign for machine the company sent it to a local FedEx pickup point, making it all easy beezy.
