Have to do it, but a pain in the butt to replace.
As usual, if you need just one part, you have to buy a kit that has a bunch of stuff in it that you don't need. Replacing the diaphragm on the stethoscope is a royal pain in the rear end. While keeping the diaphragm and it's unattached rubber ring in place (the rubber fits into the outer groove of the scope head) you are supposed to be able to stretch the outer o-ring to fit over all of them and seat it into the inner groove. If you can accomplish this without cussing, you are a saint.
