    His Nasty Wife Our Hero Didn't Murder.

    Betrayal, murder, an innocent man on the run, cops, crooks, and best buddies are all here but let's not leave out the luscious, blond bombshell. She's a must for any of these film noir melodramas. This is a good one especially if you like Alan Ladd and Veronica Lake. It's a genuine, Hollywood classic in the mold of "The Maltese Falcon" or "Murder, My Sweet". The Blu-ray version is always the best in picture and audio quality. I recommend it.

    Love film noir and bought this BLUERAY DVD because of VERONICA LAKE as she is my favorite film noir & 1940's actress. LAKE is one of a kind and the most unique star of the 40's! Also, acting with ALAN LADD made this a top movie!
