    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Dell 2350dn printer

    Printer showed an error message that would not clear. Managed to force the toner cartridge door open and free the cocked toner cartridge. Printer works well now. Overall the printer is in good condition.
