This seller went above and beyond to help me out. Long story short - I had to cancel the order due to a funds issue on the account I was using. Problem was that the cards were already shipped.
The seller went back to his post office to retrieve the letter and refund me my amount back. All at their cost.
Since I never received any items I can’t comment on packaging and shipment methods, however I’m confident this seller would have gotten 5 stars in all categories had I did receive an item.

SHIPPING: Item listed shipping as USPS so I let it go to my PO box. Seller didn't ship USPS so there was a delay in receiving the item. Delay caused no problems but should have had the accurate shipping info listed. COMMUNICATION: Seller emailed so I sent an alternate shipping address which was used, but seller didn't acknowledge my email or new address. Item just came to new address.
