Received backpack exactly as pictured, however did not receive the water bottle and lunchbox which was in the description. Was offered the chance to return, but would have to pay for shipping. Decided to keep item even though not everything was delivered as said.

Told seller that lunchbox and water bottle were not inside the backpack. I understand now that the manufacturer originally did not include the items to the seller. Seller did not know this because they did not open the backpack when they mailed it. Seller says not their fault that they sold an item without its description, it is the manufacturers fault. Still not offered a refund unless I pay for shipping. I decided to close the case and keep item. Seller did offer a discount on future purchase.
