Lightweight and very usable and quiet. I did have to anchor it but simply hooked it to a bar under my recliner to keep it from moving. The only negative is that it encourages me to binge watch tv because i can get in miles of walking without gettin out of my chair. Really recommend this.

Strength
It takes awhile to get used to it. A little hard putting it together. Not easy to tighten everything up when you don’t have the strength. Also when peddling it moves so I need to secure it with door stops. Otherwise I am enjoying it. Strength is important.

You should place it against a stationary object when operating to keep it from sliding. This is a satisfactory, low-resistance pedal device for an older person.
