    A must-have book to add to any collection of serious readership!

    The look and feel of anyone's work is in the original way it was intended to be read. You'll find this collection to be exactly what Emily would have written in her journals--a sensitive woman with desires and dreams beyond her simple life. This is a private look into a very deep, sentimental mind about her surroundings, her feelings about everything we overlook in our everyday lives. The reason I bought this book was to inspire myself. It has not failed in that bid to gain my attention and my imagination. Her words still resonate in even today's times, today's busy world. I recommend this book to anyone who loves poetry.

    If you love Emily Dickinson you will love this book-it's a must!

    For anyone who is interested in 19th Century American poetry, this book is better than good. As an icon of female poets,Emily Dickinson tops the list and just glancing through this book gives all the answers to what she wrote and when. The serious researcher needs this book for the total of all the poems she wrote and the dates of probable writing and definite publication. I have two and that's not too many!
