    I have heard good things

    I have not read this one yet, but I have heard good things about it. It tells the story of Marius, the original vampire. He is an important character in many of the vampire chronicles books, and so I am very much looking forward to reading his story.

    Reviewing Marius

    A lot of what goes on in this book was covered in past books from the Vampire Chronicles. That said, it also offers new information on Marius and his long existence from seeking old lovers to finding new ones. I liked this book.

    Great book a must read

    Love the entire series of Anne Rice vampire novels and this one is included the characters come to life as the words flow over the pages. I couldn't turn them fast enough. I wish she had not stopped writing the series
