    Twisted Creek

    It seems that where Allie Daniels goes, bad luck follows. She has just inherited a rundown cafe in a small Texas town. Waiting for the axe of bad luck to fall again, she is surprised when her grandmother comes to her aide....by cooking for the cafe. The residents start to flock to the cafe, not only for the great food, but for the companionship that seems to reside in there. This is a wonderful, heartwarming book about people from different walks of life who come together to share a table and talk. There is also romance for Allie which lends the perfect good luck touch to all the bad luck she has had in her life.

    great easy read

    i loved how the characters seemed so real. i really liked them and they wer all interesting in their own ways. also, great love story without sex. (some good sparks, though!) also, there's a little mystery and a study in human nature. i loved this book! couldn't put it down and read it in a couple of hours...a feel good read. you feel glad for allie that some good things happen to her after all the unfourtunate happenings she has had in her life.

    What a fun read

    Jodi Thomas knows how to write and this book is proof positive. The story is fast paced and real. This takes place in Texas and the characters come to life. A great group of people share the pages and add to a fun and easy read

    Twisted Creek

    The story line is a great spring read! The characters are very real,and enjoyable. I love the setting of the woods, and lake, and the cafe and bait shop being there. Then theres suspense thrown into the story......all in all, just a good read!
