    This is an excellent study-guide for group and individual study with frequent reading and referals as needed. Alcoholics Anonymous and other AA literature is suggested for companion reading. Most all will benefit from reading The Little Red Book which evolved from a series of notes originally prepared as Twelve Step suggestions for A.A. beginners. Continued sobriety is contingent upon a daily reprieve as alcoholices practice the steps of AA. If there are any problems understanding parts of this process - then consult your sponsor - if unavailable look-up Hindsfoot Foundation.
